鋼襯塑儲(chǔ)罐檢修周期分為兩種：中修和大修，中修一般是2-4個(gè)月，大修一般是一年，對(duì)于中修的話，就是清洗或更換液位計(jì)修理或更換進(jìn)、出口及排污閥門疏通清理冷卻水盤管。檢查修理安全閥放空阻火器，修補(bǔ)防腐層和絕熱層。大修就包括中修項(xiàng)目修理儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)件，對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)有裂紋，嚴(yán)重腐蝕等部位，相應(yīng)修補(bǔ)或更換筒節(jié)。根據(jù)內(nèi)外部檢驗(yàn)要求，以及經(jīng)過修補(bǔ)或更換筒節(jié)后，進(jìn)行試漏，對(duì)成功內(nèi)外部檢驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的其他問題進(jìn)行處理。
